About Jeffrey Sands
Jeff Sands is the CEO of Glow Natural Wellness, a virtual health practice he runs with his wife, Dr. Michelle Sands. Together they have hosted 7 summits on women’s health. The last summit they produced, Natural Medicine from Home brought in a total of 73,000 leads.
He has an MA in Political Science. After college, he joined the Marines and soon found himself on the Kuwaiti and Iraqi border with 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division. While in Iraq, Jeff led routine supply missions and conducted security patrols along the streets of Baghdad.
After serving in the Marine Corps, he worked for Standard Pacific Homes, a national homebuilder, where he served as their Vice President of Purchasing.
Jeff eventually found his time in the corporate world unsatisfying and without purpose. After meeting Michelle, they both quit their jobs and gave away their possessions, deciding to live a basic life in Costa Rica instead, where they could pursue what they were passionate about and live within those means. During this time, Jeff wrote his autobiography, Letting Go: A Marine’s Journey Through War and His Search for Purpose, while Michelle finished her schooling as a Naturopathic Physician.
It was not long after that Jeff and Michelle started Glow Natural Wellness, a virtual online health and consulting business designed to teach men and women how to heal themselves, and eventually optimize their own health, so they could live the life they deserved.
