✔️ You can say whatever you want at the beginning and at the end as long as it seems polished
✔️ Whatever you're going to say, you should essentially say it every time
✔️ It may help to start by writing it out
✔️ Your intro needs to be short, solid
✔️ The close needs to be shorter and more solid
