     ➡️     Think of dynamic ways to create the content so that the audience were engaged the entire time

     ➡️     Not having a live event or even have a prerecorded event where the times were staggered

 

How He Used Round Tables

     👉     Took his round table idea and applied it to his summit

     👉     Sent out a survey after the summit

     👉     He got the topics and instructors the audience want to keep hearing from from the survey

     👉     Reached out to the instructors and set up a dozen round tables over the next 3 weeks

     👉     Sent out a direct email to the attendees directing them to more content on the topic they selected

     ✔️     99% of you are approaching sponsors the wrong way

     ✔️     He doesn't have a sponsor package

     ✔️     He only reaches out to sponsors that he knows or trusts or is recommended to him

     ✔️     Don't just pick names out of a hat because they're in your industry

     ✔️     If you don't personally believe in what they're doing, do not bring them onto your event

     ✔️     It’s about building a relationship, an on-going relationship

     ✔️     Ask the sponsor what they want

     ✔️     You're not your sponsor. If they want engagement, they're not getting it at your event

     ✔️     Create a relationship with your sponsors so that they know that you're putting their interests first

     ✔️     You have to have an understanding of your numbers and if you don't, have somebody who understands analytics,

     “I approach the sponsor and I say, I have this event. This is what we're doing. This is our target audience, which I understand is right in line with what you guys are doing.”
