#151: How To Find Your Perfect Audience Through Virtual Summits.



    Christina Wessendorf found her perfect audience through the process of creating 3 different summits. Through challenges, and struggles she was able to overcome and create summits that made a difference in her audiences lives while allowing her to get her message out to more people. Plus the one critical mistake that she warns all summit hosts to be cautious about. All that and more on today’s episode.

      • Asked her tribe to encourage her and look for alternative speakers

      • It’s harder to find speakers

      • Speakers are already booked for the year

      • Speakers don’t have time

      • Got her speakers on a first call to see if they match, if their audience and message matches with what she wants to deliver

      2 Types Of Great Interviews

      1. Someone who’s a contrast of you

      • Opposite opinions

      • Opposite ways to do it

      1. Someone like you

      • Somebody who is really likely like you and feels like a great connection

      On Email Copies

           ➡️     Writing your copies is not a point where you give up your energy

           ➡️     Copy is the second thing that your attendees will see from your summit

           ➡️     Choose a good subject line

           ➡️     Watch the interview again after you're not excited 

      • Find one golden point why this interview is different from all the other interviews

      • It makes your copy easier to write

      • It also serves you to really promote this interview as an interesting interview

      • It also gives you opportunity to use the subject line to point out this golden point

           ➡️     Put the name of the speaker 

      • It makes people interested to open your email

      Strategies She Used When Hosting A Summit

           👉     If you don’t have a team, hire a virtual assistant

      • Gives you a lot of support

      • They can follow up on your emails

      • Coordinate with the speakers to collect information

      • Makes you focus on the actual interview

And I believe that when you get started, summits are the absolute best way to figure out your ideal clients, to get to know thought leaders in your market and in your niche and to build confidence that you need because you want to start as a leader or you want to improve as a leader. That also it’s a lot of different things, what you need to think about in order to create something good. You're also proud to share and promote with the speakers. So I also invite you from the heart to figure out if there is a business coach out there who shows you the framework. So Mark is just very close to you, you know him so well.
