👉 Make it different, distinctive
👉 Ask questions - who, what, when, why, where questions
👉 Determine what they are struggling with
👉 Don’t make it about you, make it about them
👉 Be strategic
👉 Look at it as a solution oriented process
👉 Start with the end in mind

➡️ Communicate with them about themselves
➡️ Instead of just telling the story of the speaker, tell the stories of the speakers as if it's them
➡️ Write in your voice
➡️ Don't be transactional
➡️ Find out what your audience needs and wants
➡️ Know who your audience is
➡️ Awethenticity - Leave them in awe with who you are

When you don’t have enough brand recognition
Good way to build your list
Depends on the caliber of the summit
Has to do with your persona and reputation
When you already have the traction

❇️ What's the effect?

❇️ What is the overall benefit of this summit?
👉 Start from the speakers to get to the attendees
👉 Put up a random post every day
👉 Provide a sneak peak
👉 Tag each other
Final Piece Of Advice From Auguste
"In a world where anybody and everybody can label themselves as an entrepreneur, I always say one thing, you are the number one unique identifying factor. I need you to have value in who you are and what you bring to the table because then that repositions how you engage your target audience because you are having a conversation and a dialogue and presenting something to them based on your values, based on what you believe in and so people need to hear it from you. So ideal client identification starts with you first and then you can go back and do all of those other things that I said about how do you actually communicate with them. You niche that down and then the rest of what you do with your summit. I believe that between your good brain, your knowledge and as well as the divine downloading things to you that you will put on one stellar event."
