❇️ Focus on the pain aspect
❇️ Create a summit story
❇️ Tell the story focused on the emotional aspects
❇️ Just pick one problem
❇️ Choose which one you think would probably either be easier for you to solve or the one that more people are going to want
❇️ Be primarily focused with your promotional strategy through your speakers
Dr. Mark's Suggestion For Dorian:
✔️ Create an outline, turn it into modules, create a course
✔️ Create a group, a paid membership
✔️ Create a workshop
Finding Sponsors 2 Weeks Before The Summit
👉 A lot of times sponsors come on at the last minute
👉 The most important thing is finding the right sponsor
👉 If you are two weeks away, it's going to be more difficult to go to a big corporate sponsor
👉 Go to a smaller company. Somebody that maybe you have a relationship or you're one degree of separation
👉 Choose a company that you believe in and/or use
👉 You can ask the speakers as well because most of them have things to sell
