           👉     Build a business model that includes our upstream and our downstream partners

      • Upstream partners send us ideal leads and clients, we send ideal clients to our downstream partners

      • We send our upstream partners money, our downstream partners send us money

           👉     The question is NOT how I am going to sell my stuff, but ask:

      • What is my customer's journey? 

      • Who causes the problem that I solve?

      • Who solves the problems that I create? 

      Finding Upstream Partners For Summits

           ❇️     Starts with the question, what is the problem that you solve?

           ❇️     Focus on one fundamental problem and ideally that's a problem that you solve really, really well

           ❇️     Next question, what problems does that generally unfold for an organization?
