     ✔️     Lean on things that work that are time sensitive because SEO can take a really long time to kick in

     ✔️     Get the summit to be profitable in the way that you have learned how to make the summit profitable

     ✔️     Lean on your speakers to promote

     ✔️     Lean on your own network

     ✔️     Run Facebook ads that can be more time sensitive in getting in front of your audience and making sales

     👉     For summit hosts

  • Ask your speakers for more

  • Let your speakers shine

  • Let your speakers show up for you

  • Ask them for recommendations of who can be in there

  • Ask them for guest posts. You are promoting them just as much they are promoting you

  • Don’t be afraid to ask

     👉     For summit speakers

  • Offer. Don’t be afraid to offer more

  • Show up when you say you're going to show up

  • Submit things on time

  • Throw in something extra to the giveaway and it will make them more likely to come back to you for future summits

  • Be in the chat box at the right time

  • Be in the chat box during other people's sessions 

  • You showing up can start to build those relationships with other speakers and with the hosts

  • Being an involved speaker and showing up can make a huge difference in future summit invitations and being invited back for recurring events
