The One Page Summit Plan:

It's exactly what it sounds like, a one page piece of paper that goes through 5 blocks:

1. SUMMIT TOPIC/NAME
2. DATES
3. TARGET AUDIENCE
4. TECHNOLOGY
5. THE OFFER

THE LINKED IN SUCCESS SUMMIT:

  💡  We did a survey to get feedback and the response was:  how do we generate sales and leads online through linkedin?
  💡  We brought in experts once a week to do a webinar to the Linked In Group of over 100,000.

  💡  We had about 15,000 people and about 1,000 email subscribers.

  💡  Used WordPress to build out the site.

Overcoming The "It's Too Hard, It's Too Difficult Concern:

1. The Virtual Summit Planner
2. Understand your timing
3. Take advantage of Virtual Assistants and remote marketers.
4. Utilize a coach or consultant

Timing Of Your Summit

  👍  Spend time building your audience, your influencers, your email list.
  👍  Personalize your emails, don't just pull scripts from anywhere.

  👍  90 days is a good reference for a successful summit

Re-running A Summit Or Starting A New Summit

We took the lead on the Linked In Summit and created new summits:

  👍  We made the choice to do a new summit on email marketing in order to generate more revenue
  👍  Next we did a new summit on cold email.

  👍  Then a sales conversion summit.

You should be turning every single person that opts in into someone that can share your summit with their friends and colleagues.
